Affordable, not Awful.

The Problem: Because of a spike in population, Seattle is having trouble keeping up with housing demands. This has caused the median apartment cost to rise 50% above the affordability rate. People with mid to low income are being forced to move outside the city in order to find affordable housing. If residents are lucky enough to find an affordable home, most of them are small, old, or just awful!

The Solution: Brickwork is a proposed housing development located in Georgetown, Seattle. Its goal is to provide low or middle-income residents with affordable, quality housing.
